TradeLinx agrees to protect all confidential information shared by the client during the course of a project. Clients agree not to share or distribute proprietary templates, tools, or internal processes provided by TradeLinx without consent.

Limitation of Liability

TradeLinx is not liable for any direct, indirect, or incidental damages resulting from the use or inability to use our website, services, or products. While we strive for accuracy and reliability, all services and materials are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind.
